School for Native Americans?

This is an English school. They
are everywhere in Taiwan. I'm
not sure, but this looks like a
school for Native Americans. Take a
look at the ad to the left of the door. It says,
"US vigor breakfast & coffee/tea" and pictures
an egg and bacon sandwich. Can you feel the vigor?
